A thorough Home Inspection by a Highly trained and Experienced Inspector may keep you from entering a financial disaster. You don t want to find out after you ve signed about the 20 or 30 thousand in repairs you are facing. Maybe the house is not so bad but there is still 5 thousand in repairs to do. Use it as a negotiating tool for the seller to repair or give you credit for those repairs. You don t want an inspector that breezes through in an hour or two, and say its fine. Even if it is fine a good inspector will never know in 2 hours.
